Ilan Szulik is Vice President, GenAI, at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he has spent more than eight years in Investment Management, rising from Analyst to VP. His work centers on how generative AI and other consequential software get approved and deployed inside a regulated financial institution. Lesley Jones is a Senior Principal Consultant at ACA Group, where she serves as an outsourced Chief Compliance Officer and consultant to investment management firms. She has held Chief Compliance Officer roles at Advisor Partners and Ashfield Capital Partners, and was Director of Compliance at Wealthfront. Her career spans more than 15 years in investment management compliance, from traditional asset managers to digital wealth platforms. Dr. Johan Naudé is a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in leadership, assessment and organization development. He began his career as an Army officer and clinical and operational psychologist supporting U.S. special operations forces, finishing as Deputy Command Psychologist for U.S. Army Special Operations Command. For over a decade he was a coaching leader and senior faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership, designing leadership programs, training coaches on four continents and coaching executives and teams. In 2016 he founded Table Mountain Consulting Group, an international boutique consultancy advising organizations from startups to Fortune 100 companies on leadership and talent strategy. At Radien, he advises on enterprise channel access and defense.

Col. Timothy S. Strongin, Ph.D., USAF (Ret.), is a senior advisor to Radien, bringing deep expertise in Air Force aviation psychology and human factors. He established the Air Force Aviation Psychology program and served as Acting Director of the Human Factors Division at the Air Force Safety Center. Beyond medical command, he has worked on assessment, selection and retention programs for the Army, Air Force, Department of Energy, Special Forces and civilian organizations.

Ashley Bower is a retired U.S. Navy lieutenant commander who served 15 years as an F/A-18C Hornet pilot with Strike Fighter Squadron VFA-97. Bower is currently a pilot with FedEx. At Radien, Bower serves as a defense advisor, bringing operational aviation experience to how autonomous systems are authorized and controlled in the field.
