1. Who we are

Radien is a brand of Sentrik Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Sentrik,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Sentrik is the controller of personal information collected through radien.ai and getsentrik.com (together, the “Sites”).

2. Scope

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the Sites, through our marketing and sales activity, and when you contact us or book a meeting with us.

It does not govern how we handle data you provide to us under a signed agreement — for example, the historical deal files supplied for a Merchant Deal Replay, or data processed through the Radien authorization service. Those engagements are governed by the agreement between us, under which we typically act as a processor on your behalf. Section 5 below describes how we treat that data, but the agreement controls.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiry information. Name, work email address, company, role, and anything you write in a message or booking note when you use our contact form, email us, or book a meeting.
  • Scheduling information. When you book a meeting, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, selected time, time zone, and any answers to booking questions.
  • Correspondence. Emails and messages you send us, and our replies.

3.2 Information collected automatically

  • Technical and usage data. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent, collected through server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. See Section 6.

3.3 Information from third parties

We may receive business contact information from publicly available sources, professional networks, business-data providers, and referrals, and use it for B2B outreach. If you received an email from us and want to know where we got your address, write to privacy@radien.ai and we will tell you.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or political data) through the Sites, and we ask that you not send them to us.

4. How we use information, and our legal bases

PurposeLegal basis (UK/EU GDPR)
Responding to inquiries and scheduling meetingsPerformance of, or steps prior to, a contract; legitimate interests
B2B marketing and sales outreach to business contactsLegitimate interests (and consent where required by local law)
Operating, securing, and improving the SitesLegitimate interests
Analytics and measuring marketing performanceConsent, where cookies or similar technologies are used
Meeting legal, regulatory, tax, and audit obligationsLegal obligation
Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claimsLegitimate interests

Where we rely on legitimate interests, our interest is in operating and growing a business-to-business software company. You can object to that processing at any time (Section 10).

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

5. Data you provide for a Merchant Deal Replay or evaluation

A Merchant Deal Replay involves you sending us historical merchant deal records. We treat that material as your confidential business data and as personal data for which you are the controller and we are the processor.

What we ask for. Deal-level records — pricing, rates and fees, interchange and cost data, equipment and commission terms, merchant identifiers, approval and exception records, and the associated statements or applications.

What we do not want, and ask you to redact before sending. Full payment card numbers or any cardholder data, card verification values, complete bank account and routing numbers, full Social Security or tax identification numbers, government identification documents, and consumer credit report data. If you send this material to us anyway, we will tell you and delete it.

How we handle it.

  • We use it only to produce your Replay and the findings we deliver to you. We do not use it to train models, to build benchmarks or datasets, or for any purpose outside your engagement.
  • Access is limited to the personnel working on your engagement.
  • It is transferred by a secure method we agree with you in advance, not by ordinary email attachment.
  • A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request, before you send anything. Ask at hello@radien.ai.
  • We return or destroy the material within 30 days of delivering your Replay, or sooner on your written request, and will confirm deletion in writing. Backups are purged on our ordinary backup cycle.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the Sites. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not load third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If that changes, we will do so only with your consent in regions where consent is required, and we will provide a control that lets you withdraw it at any time.

We do not embed a scheduler on the Sites. Booking a meeting takes you to our scheduling provider’s own website, where its cookies and its privacy policy apply.

7. Who we share information with

We share personal information with:

  • Service providers, each acting under contract and only on our instructions. The providers we currently use are:
    • Railway — application hosting and deployment, United States region.
    • Cloudflare — DNS, network, and content delivery.
    • Calendly — meeting scheduling. It receives the details you provide when you book, including your name, email address, selected time, and any answers you give on the booking form.
    • Resend — transactional and contact-form email.
  • Professional advisors — lawyers, accountants, auditors — where necessary.
  • Acquirers or investors, in connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, subject to confidentiality.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

This list is current as of the last updated date above. We will update it here when we add or change a provider.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed there. If you are in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, transfers of your personal information to us rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with supplementary measures where appropriate. You can request a copy of the relevant transfer mechanism at privacy@radien.ai.

9. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it:

  • Inquiry and booking records: up to twenty-four (24) months after our last contact with you, unless a business relationship is in place.
  • Marketing contact records: until you opt out, or until the contact information is no longer accurate or useful.
  • Server and security logs: up to twelve (12) months.
  • Records required for legal, tax, or audit purposes: for the period required by law.
  • Merchant Deal Replay material: as stated in Section 5.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent you previously gave, and not be subject to discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@radien.ai. We will verify your request and respond within the time the applicable law allows — generally one month under UK/EU GDPR and forty-five (45) days under California law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with proof of authority.

If you are in the UK or EEA and believe we have handled your information improperly, you may complain to your national supervisory authority, or to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the chance to address it first.

11. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Details of our security program are available on request at hello@radien.ai.

12. Children

The Sites are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact privacy@radien.ai and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we will give notice on the Sites. Your continued use of the Sites after an update means you accept the revised policy.
